The loving wife of Alfred Zampella, Jaclyn passed on Sunday, February 3, 2019. She was born on December 24, 1928 and was a graduate of Dickinson High School. A loving mother and wife, she enjoyed working outside the home with Bidermann Industries in the 1990s.

Jaclyn enjoyed sewing, jigsaw puzzles, and word puzzles. Jaclyn is survived by three sons: Dr. Edward, a neurosurgeon; Walter, a U.S. Government employee; and Gary, a banking wealth management official. She was blessed with two daughters-in-law, Deborah and Hildy, and six grandchildren: Bailey, Evan, Lauren, Matthew, Francesca, and Juliana.

Jaclyn reveled in her role as second mother or aunt to family and friends. Visitation is on Friday, February 8, 2019, 4:00pm to 8:00pm at RIOTTO FUNERAL HOME & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd. , Jersey City, NJ 07306 (For GPS Navigation use 14 Stagg St., Jersey City).

Interment will be private at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. A Celebration of Life and Memorial Mass will take place on Saturday, March 23, 2019, 10:00am at St. Anne’s Church, 3545 John F. Kennedy Blvd. , Jersey City, NJ 07306.

Donations may be made to your local animal rescue league in her memory.
