Obituary for Jacqueline “Jackie” Naquin Simoneaux Jacqueline “Jackie” Naquin Simoneaux, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 2, 2018 at the age of 89. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Norman J. Simoneaux Sr.; her children, Karen Pitre, and Norman Simoneaux Jr.; her parents, Clarence Naquin Sr. and Nellie Capella; and her brother, Clarence Naquin Jr.; and her son-in-law, Aaron Pitre. She is the beloved mother of Don Simoneaux (Debra), and Betty LeBlanc (Perry).

She is the devoted grandmother of Derin Pitre (Dana), Chantelle Floyd (Jeremy), Kevin LeBlanc (Melinda), Amy Hymel (Dale), Cory LeBlanc, Holly Cardon (Jonathan). She is the loving great grandmother of 11 great grandchildren. She is the loving sister of Tony Capella.

She is the loving mother-in-law of Gail Simoneaux. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. A life-long resident of Westwego, Jackie was a member of the Westwego Senior Citizens Club, the Marrero Estelle Volunteer Fire Department Auxilary and the Westwego Fire Department Auxiliary.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Monday, November 12, 2018 beginning at 9:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd. , Marrero, LA.
