Jacqueline “Jackie” McMillan, 80, of Fall River, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, May 18, 2019. She was a graduate of Dominican Academy and Southeastern Massachusetts University ( SMU). Jackie worked as a Vice President in Finance for Bay Bank Corporate Offices in Boston before retiring.

She enjoyed spending quality time with her husband and family. Her caring, generous and kind spirit will be missed by all. She was the wife of Robert “Mickey” McMillan for 64 years; the mother of the late William “Bill” McMillan (wife Naurean O’Malley McMillan of Los Angeles, California and Joanne Leary (compainon David Vadeboncoer) of Fall River, MA; the grandmother of Joshua Barboza, Tara Barboza, Tyler Barboza,Travis Barboza, Devan Leary and Quinlin Leary all of Fall River, MA; the sister of Grace Callahan (late husband Ken Callahan) of Georgetown, Texas, Jean Millea (late husband Leo Millea) of Fitchburg, MA and June Starr of Fall River, MA.

She also leaves four great-grandchildren, five nieces and eight nephews. She was the daughter of the late William M. Riley and Alberta M. (Briggs) Riley. Arrangements are private.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38501.
