Obituary of Jacques Chamberlin Jacques “Jack” Chamberlin, age 75, of Osage Beach, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Osage Beach Health Care Center. Jack was born on December 1, 1942 in Syracuse, New York. He was the son of Jack and Ruth (Gallagher) Chamberlin.

He was also the step son of Ilein Chamberlin. Jack served his country proudly in the United States National Guard. Hewas employed for many years as an auto mechanic.

Jack had a special place in his heart for his dogs and treated them as his children. He enjoyed boating and spending time with his friends. He is survived by his sister, Frances Schneider and her husband Joseph of Fenton, Missouri; friends Mary Lee Wilcox, Stanley Knoeppel, Sheri Whaley, Greg Murphy, Terry and Kathy Feager and many more.

Inurnment will be held at the Veterans Wall, Lake Memorial Gardens, Osage Beach, Missouri. Memorials are suggested to Dogwood Animal Shelter, Osage Beach, Missouri.
