OBITUARY James Alton Keech March 4, 1950 – October 24, 2018 James Alton Keech, 68, of New Bern died on Wednesday, 24 October 2018. He is the son of the late Adelia Shirley and Joseph Whitford Keech. He is survived by two sisters, Carolyn Galloway of Kennesaw, Georgia and Barbara (Elaine) and husband Allen Deidrick of New Bern, NC.

He was blessed with one daughter, Donna and husband David Elks of Chocowinity, three grandchildren, Christopher (Shaina) Elks, Jamie (Logan) Asby and Robert Elks. He has six great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Sunday, at 2:00 pm at Faith Free Will Baptist Church, 250 Sand Hill Road, Bridgeton NC.

Funeral service will follow at the church. He will be laid to rest at Greenleaf Memorial Park with Military Honors. Arrangements are by Cotten Funeral Home & Crematory, 2201 Neuse Blvd, New Bern 28560.
