James Floyd Nealey, age 78 of Tabor City, passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Mcleod- Loris Hospital. He was born on February 1, 1940 in Columbus County to the late Burris Nealey and Elvie Norris Nealey. James was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Kendall Lee Nealey and Adron James “A.J.” Norris; three siblings, Boyd Nealey, Eddie B. Nealey, Sr., Esther Byrd; and a son, John Floyd Nealey.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Sue Nealey of Whiteville, Rosa Lee Nealey Norris of Whiteville; one grandchild, Kevin Shane Nealey; four great-grandchildren, Savannah Nealey, Hunter Nealey, Katherine Nealey, and Zoe Nealey. Interment service will be held at 1:00, Sunday.
