James Gary Chambers, 68, of Graham passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Alamance Regional Medical Center. Gary was born January 18, 1951 in Roxboro, NC to the late Lillie Crews and George Lee “Jimmy” Chambers. He was an avid golfer and also enjoyed fishing, reading, and sports.

He is survived by two daughters, Jessica Whitson (Darren) of Mebane, Kerri Vance (Judson) of Colorado and his brother, Dwayne Crews of Graham. He leaves behind four precious grandchildren. He is also survived by his stepfather Allen Crews of Roxboro.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Donald Chambers and Danny Crews. The family will receive family and friends this Saturday, May 25th, at the home from 11-1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Arnie and Winnie Palmer Foundation.
