James H. Hosley, 75, of Coudersport, passed away Friday, October 12, 2018. Jim was born on May 10, 1943 in Coudersport, the son of the late Lawrence and Rose Hosley. Jim was a graduate of Coudersport High School and served his country in the Air Force.

He was the owner and operator of Hosleys Amusements since 1971. Jim was an outstanding pool player, captain of his boxing team, had a warm smile, and was a good listener, highly intelligent, he loved playing guitar, enjoyed religious debates and writing poetry. He is survived by his three children, Jay Hosley of Coudersport, James Hosley of Northglenn, CO and Alison Sallade of San Diego, CA; four grandchildren, Jace, Jazlen, Nicholas and Gavin; and a sister, Sally Burns of San Diego, CA.

In keeping with Jim’s wishes there will be no viewing or service but family and friends are welcome to a visitation with family from 1- 3:00 pm, Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the Thomas E. Fickinger Funeral Home, 210 North East Street, Coudersport.
