OBITUARY James “Jimmy” Arthur Finnen Jr. February 25, 1935 – October 16, 2018 James Arthur (Jimmy) Finnen Jr., age 83, of West Blocton, Alabama passed away on Tuesday October 16, 2018. Jimmy was born February 25, 1935. He is Survived By His daughter, Debbi Cantu (Rolando); 2 sons, Jefferson Kent Finnen (Debbie) and Jacob Wesley Finnen (Kim); 2 brothers, Billy Roy Finnen and Darrell Finnen(Delores); 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wives, Judy Kay Finnen and Sherry Ann Finnen; parents, Arthur and Deasy Finnen and son, James Arthur Finnen III . Jimmy was a lifetime West Blocton resident and a long time member of West Blocton Bible Methodist Church. A visitation for Jimmy will be held Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at West Blocton Bible Methodist Church.

A funeral service will occur Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Church with Rev. Steve Vernon officiating. A burial will occur Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Hickory Hill Cemetery, West Blocton.

Pallbearers will be Brian Finnen, Justin Finnen, Sonny Wilbanks, Peyton Moon, Rolando Cantu and Gene McKinney. Honorary Pallbearers will be Butch Suttle, Lee Williams, Carl Carroll and Charlie Bates FAMILY Debbi Cantu(Rolando), Daughter Jefferson Kent Finnen(Debbie), Son Jacob Wesley Finnen(Kim), Son Billy Roy Finnen, Brother Darrell Finnen(Delores), Brother 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren Preceded in death by his wives, Judy Kay Finnen and Sherry Ann Finnen; son, James Arthur Finnen, III; his parents, Arthur and Deasy Finnen.
