James Mankowski, age 85, of Waterville, Ohio passed away on January 1, 2019 in Maumee. He was born to Anthony and Pearl (Byczynski) Mankowski on March 27, 1933 in Toledo. James was a model airplane enthusiast, amateur photographer and was a member of the Academy of Model Aeronautics Association.
