James’ Obituary James Roosevelt Williams Jr, 60, affectionately known as “Lil James”, entered into eternal slumber on February 1, 2019. He was born on April 16, 1958 to Helen Marie Williams and the late James Roosevelt Williams, Sr. in Suffolk, Virginia. A native of Suffolk, James graduated from Forest Glen High School.

He rededicated his life back to Christ in January of 2019. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his beloved mother, Helen Williams; children, Tavoria Dillard, James “Lamont” Dillard, and Vivian Dillard; siblings, Earl Williams, Linda Bullock (McKinsey), Lucille Ruffin (Ocie), and Anthony Williams (Latoya); aunts, Ruby Blizzard and Catherine Demiel; nine great grandchildren; one great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
