Jane E. Ropson, 57, Algoma, was called home by our Lord, Jesus Christ on Thursday, October 11, 2018. Jane was born December 11, 1960 in Algoma to Harvey and Evelyn (Spude) Ropson. Jane’s love and passion in life was caring for her family and helping others however she could.

Jane is survived by one son Cory Clark (special friend Kelly Regenfuss), one daughter Nicole Ropson, her father Harvey Ropson, the father of their children Terry Clark, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, special… Read More » family friends, the McCarthy family and five dogs Sophie, Boots, Dixie, Bullet and Bella. She was preceded in death by her mother Evelyn (Spude) Ropson, one sister Nancy Ropson, paternal grandparents Norman and Laura (Nellis) Ropson, Maternal grandparents Louis and Martha (Grovogel) Spude, aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends may gather at St. Francis and St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Brussels, Monday, Oct.

15, 2018 from 4 PM – 7 PM with the Mass of Christian Burial at 7 PM. Burial Tuesday at the Evergreen Cemetery, Algoma. The family wants to give a special thank you to Green Bay Oncology and Dr. David Groteluschen, mom’s Sturgeon Bay Angels and Unity Hospice for all the care and kindness given to our mom and family.
