Jane Sampson, age 85, Of Madison met her eternal Lord and Savior on Friday, October 26, 2018. Born on November 23, 1932 in Hambden, Ohio. Jane’s life was a living example of grace, beauty and love for her family.

She was a retired teacher for elementary schools in Madison for over 35 years. Jane was a member of MEA Teachers Association of Madison, OEA & NEA of Ohio, Delta Kappa Gamma Society, and a past member of the Madison Garden Club. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Lake Erie College and was a graduate of Andrew’s School for girls.

She is survived by her Son Robert (Darleen) Sampson and Daughter Cynthia Bacher both of Madison. Grandchildren Jennifer and Christine Bacher and Robert (Shannon) Sampson. Greatgrandchildren Robert and Laura Sampson.

Jane is preceded in death by her Husband Frank who passed away in 2013, parents Eva Thomas and Elton Williams, Sisters Ann Stewart and Betty McClain. Brother Alfred (Bud) Williams. Friends will be received at the Potti Funeral Home 2726 Hubbard Road Madison, Oh on Wednesday October 31, 2018 from 4 to 6 PM.

Graveside services will be held at 11 AM on Thursday November 1, 2018 at Montville Cemetery. Donations in her memory are suggested to Madison Public Library or the American Heart Association.
