Obituary for Jane W. Harper Jane W.Harper, age 91, of Henderson, KY, passed away at 1:35 p.m. Monday, December 24, 2018 at her home under the care of St. Anthony’s Hospice. Jane was a huge Elvis fan; the only thing she loved more than listening to his music was being outdoors planting flowers and going fishing. Jane was selfless and always gave never asking for anything in return.

In addition to her parents George and Fannie Watson, Jane was preceded in death by her husband William “Bill” Harper, her son Danny Brown, and her brothers: Jimmy, Buddy, Donald, and Harold Watson. Jane is survived by her daughter Mary Jane Kilgore, daughter-in-law Sandy Brown, brother Carol Watson, 2 grandchildren: Keith and Bridget, and 6 great grandchildren: Hayley, Zack, Mason, Phoenix, Stormy, and Aspen. Relatives and friends are invited to Jane’s Life Celebration from 11:00 a.m. until the service time on Friday, December 28, 2018 at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Entombment will follow in the Fairmont Mausoleum in Henderson. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Henderson County Humane Society, 203 Drury Ln, Henderson, KY 42420.
