Janet J. Royer November 05, 1941 – January 21, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Card Janet J. Royer, 77, of Macungie, passed away Monday, January 21, 2019 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Katherine Peters and Woodrow Wieder. Janet was the beloved wife of Raymond Royer with whom she celebrated 57 years of marriage this past June.

She was a 1961 graduate of Dieruff High School. Janet built circuit boards for Allen Organ Co., Macungie for 18 years before retiring in 2001. Janet was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, Allentown.

Survivors: In addition to her loving husband, Raymond; Sons, Raymond, Jr. and wife Jan of Mims, FL, Douglas of Macungie; Daughters, Lisa Hartzell and husband David of Schnecksville, Theresa Guth and husband Dennis of Coplay; Sisters, Dolores Wieder of Trexlertown, Janice Koch of Allentown, Mary Serfass of Trexlertown; 6 Grandchildren, Shaun, Justin, Samantha, Seth, Daniel and Brandon; 2 Great Grandchildren, Ezra and Ava. Services: Noon on Monday, January 28, 2019 in the K.V. Knopp Funeral Home, Inc. 46 E. Susquehanna Street, Allentown. A viewing for family and friends to be held 11:00am until time of service.

Interment to follow at Highland Memorial Park, Allentown. Memorial Contributions: In lieu of flowers, to Forgotten Felines P.O. Box 62 Germansville, PA 18053 or Trinity Baptist Church 689 S. Hillview Road, Allentown, PA 18103.
