Mrs. Janette Kay Bryant, 74, of Seymour, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Seymour Crossing. She was born in Salem to the late Herman Kemp and Carrie (Hattabaugh) Kemp. A memorial service will be at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Friday, May 10 at 10:30 am with Pastor Jeff Barnett officiating.

Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends may gather at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Friday from 9 am until time of service She was a member of Genesis Church. She had retired from Sylvania after many years of service.

She was a member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Janette is survived by her husband of 50 years, John Bryant; children, Victor Bryant, Charles Bryant, and Pansey (Joe) Shelton; step-children, Faith (Jim) Gorbett and Rebecca Bryant; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Marvin (Janet) Kemp and Bill (Paula) Kemp; and sister, Phyllis Edington. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Don Kemp.
