Janette Roskelley Beck Chamberlain, 67, passed away May 4, 2019 at her family home in Roy, Utah. She was born May 12, 1951 in Logan, Utah to Doralene Skinner Roskelley and Frank “Tony” Antone Roskelley. Jan loved to spend time with her grandchildren, doing arts and crafts and planting flowers with them.

She raised her children to love the outdoors and spent countless weekends camping, hiking, and riding horses as a family. She was an interior designer and her passion was creating beautiful and functional homes for others. She could never sit still, even as she was preparing to retire Jan gave 110% to everything she did.

She enjoyed helping where she could, driving people to be the best versions of themselves, and offering advice or direction if they asked. She is survived by her fiancé Michael Brophy of North Ogden, Utah; son Skylar Beck of Ogden, Utah; daughter Spring Beck Richardson and her husband Kourtlawn of Mililani, Hawaii; son Forrest Beck of West Valley, Utah; and her grandchildren Mea Fotheringham, Euan Fotheringham, and Sascha Richardson, her parents Doralene and Tony Roskelley of Roy, Utah; sister Rosanne Roskelley of Ogden, Utah; brother Steven Roskelley and his wife Carol of Slaterville, Utah; sister Deborah Roskelley Weyburn and her husband Todd of Roy, Utah; brother Douglas Roskelley and his wife Michelle of Huntsville, Utah; and brother David Roskelley and his wife Cami of Jefferson City, Montana. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 10, 2019 at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.

Please join us in celebrating her life at viewings on Thursday May 9, 2019 from 6 to 8 pm and Friday May 10th from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at the mortuary.
