JANICE IRENE (CRABTREE) PULLINS, age 70 of Jamestown, passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at COOKEVILLE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the FENTRESS MEMORIAL GARDENS.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 9, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. She is survived by her: Husband, TRUMAN PULLINS Daughter, MELISSA GOAD and husband CHAD Son, JAMES PULLINS and wife JESSICA Grandchildren, HARLEY, MACKENZIE, ALEXIS, ELI & CAMILLA Brother, DARRELL CRABTREE and wife MARCY Sisters, CORENE PHILLIPS ANNA CROUCH TERESA SMITH and husband RANDLE BRENDA ETTER and husband JOEL VICKIE LANIER and husband GARY DEBBIE TINCH and husband J.T.
