Obituary for Janice Lorene Fann Janice Lorene Fann, age 57, of Shelbyville, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2018, after a brief illness, under the care and comfort of her family. Funeral services will be 1 PM Friday, May 11, 2018 at Fairlane Church of Christ. Lance Bennett will officiate, with burial to follow in Houston Whitworth Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday from 10 AM until service time Friday at the church. She was born February 15, 1961, in Shelbyville, to the late Jesse Willard and Susie Evelyn Faulk Fann. Janice was often seen walking about town, as she walked everywhere she needed to go.

She was a kind person. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Wilson, two brothers, Howard and Albert Fann, and her faithful canine companion, Joy. Survivors include seven sisters, Connie (Ralph) Allen and Mildred (Raymond) Brown, both of Shelbyville; Debbie (Jim) Hoffman and Joyce Temple, both of Murfreesboro; Sue (Kevin) LaFarlette, of Normandy; Carol Fann, of Warner Robbins, GA; and Marie Comstock, of Oklahoma City, OK; her dog, Oscar Lee and her cat, Smokie Joe.
