Obituary for Jay Neal Roach Jay Neal Roach, age 68 of Carrollton, GA, passed away on December 29, 2018 at Tanner Medical Center. Jay was born on February 22, 1950 in Cobb County to the late Jason Neal Roach and Christin Gillespie Roach. Jay was a graduate of Osbourne High School of Marietta, and a member of Fortified Hill Baptist Church.

He was a former resident of Smyrna, but the past eight years had resided in Carrollton. Jay is survived by: his companion, Debbie Hamilton of Carrollton; and his puppy, Snigglefritz. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 1 PM in Fain Cemetery.
