Jayden Lynn Boughner, 7, of Singleton, TX died Sunday, April 22, 2018 at Houston Children Hospital in Houston, Texas. A Celebration of her life will be 2:00 PM Sunday, April 29, 2018 at the Burlington Golf Club. A memorial in Jayden’s name has been established for planting a tree in her memory and to assist with any uncovered medical expenses.

Jayden was born October 8, 2010 in College Station, TX the daughter of Scott Ryan Boughner and Jennifer Marie Wilson. She was a 1st grade student at Anderson-Shiro Elementary School in Anderson, TX. Jayden enjoyed animals, art, cheerleading, singing and dancing.

Jayden possessed an energetic, beautiful, strong-willed spirit. Survivors include her father Scott Ryan Boughner, his significant other Jennifer Klever-Kirkman and her daughter Gwendolyn Kirkman of Burlington, IA; mother Jennifer Marie Wilson of Singleton, TX; grandparents Cheryl Barnes (David) Washington, IA, Delores Klever (Larry) Independence, IA, Robert Boughner (Jane) Albany, OR; uncle Dan Boughner of Mt. Pleasant, IA; aunt Laura Webb (Tom) Chaska, MN and cousin Payton Boughner.

She was preceded in death by her brother Benson Ryan Boughner, February 3, 2014.
