Obituary for Mrs. Jayne Rowe Nuttle On September 17, 2018 Jayne Rowe Nuttle beloved wife of the late Elbert Ray Nuttle, Jr.; dear mother of Janet Nuttle Collett, Joan Nuttle Pemberton and Elbert Ray Nuttle, III; dear grandmother of Elizabeth and Caroline Collett, Jessica Wedell Harman (Jaime), Holly and Benjamin Nuttle and the late Scott Wedell; dear mother-in-law of Nelson Pemberton and Karen (nee Ayres) Nuttle; devoted sister of Grace Rowe Horrell. Jayne had a long career at Hutzlers and was a long time member of Towson Presbyterian Church. She also volunteered at GBMC and Meals on Wheels for many years.
