Obituary of Jay Roach Jay R Roach, 68, of Goshen, died Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Park Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Middletown, NY. Jay was born January 15, 1950 in Goshen, NY, the son of George E. Roach and Viola M. (Murray) Roach. He served in the US Marines during the Vietnam War from 1969 to 1971; and worked for the Orange County Government in Goshen as a County Employee.

He is survived by his brothers, Carl Kruger (Loretta), Gary Roach (Trudy), Lee Roach. Nieces: Laurie Kruger, Shannon Roach, Sarah Roach. Nephews: Jeffery Kruger, Scott Kruger, David Roach, Seth Roach.

Sister in Law Connie Roach. Family statement reads: Jay was a kind, gentle and generous brother and uncle with a great sense of humor. Jay never judged others.
