Mrs. Jean Rose Williams, 58, of Fayetteville passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. She was preceded in death by her father, William Jackson Kimbrel; a sister, Debbie Kimbrel; and two brothers, Emory Jackson Kimbrel and Tommy Jackson Kimbrel. Jean is survived by her husband, Kenneth Williams of Fayetteville; son, James A. Hall, Jr. (Beverly O’Neal) of Kill Devil Hills; a daughter, Marliese Hall Billodeaux (Phillip) of Fayetteville; her mother, Katherine Chance Kimbrel of Fayetteville; a brother, Rickie Jackson Kimbrel (Sheila) of Parkton; a sister, Donna Gail Kimbrel of Fayetteville; and two granddaughters, Natalia and Sophia Hall.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm to 1:45 pm Saturday, July 21, 2018 at South River Community Church 6540 Goldsboro Rd. Wade. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 pm at the church.
