Jeaneen’s Obituary Jeaneen M. Barthel, 69 years of age from Brooklyn Park, MN. Beloved daughter, sister, aunt, great aunt, godmother and friend. Our Neen fought a valiant battle with multiple medical conditions and is now pain free celebrating her new life with our Dad.

Everyone that knew her loved her. Though not having her own children, she doated on her nieces and 6 godchildren. Survived by mother Genevieve “ Sweetie” Barthel; sister Kathleen (Tom) Neumann; brother Steve (Bonnie) Barthel; nieces Nicole (Jay) Whited, Heather (Troy) Hammill, Lindsey (Brian Harfield), Jenna (Wade) Haupt, Jessica (Jesse) Weinmeyer, Heather (Eric) Laubach; great-nephews Chad, Drew and Landon; great-nieces Emily, Ellese, Aria and Halle; best friend from 2nd grade Lorna Benson Smith; and long time friends Michael Summerfield and John McLean.

Preceded in death by father, Herbert Barthel; grandparents; and multiple aunts, uncles and cousins. Interment Gethsemane Cemetery.
