Obituary for Jeanette Rita Perkins (Chartier) Print Jeanette R. Perkins (nee Chartier), 96 of Ridley Twp. , Folsom, PA, died Sunday January 27,2019 in the Little Flower Manor Nursing Home, Darby, PA. Born in Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Felix and the late Ora (Benoit) Chartier.

She lived in Folsom for the past 49 years. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Jeanette was a member of Our Lady of Peace Church, Milmont Park.

She enjoyed bowling and bowled on the Belles of Ridley Bowl. She was a member of Ridley Park Seniors, volunteer reader at the Lakeview Elementary School and played pinochle with the St. Mark’s Card Club. Predeceased by her husband of 57 years Willard “Bill” Perkins, brother Ernest Chartier and sister Irene Higgins.

Survived by her children: Robert Perkins, Kathleen Perkins and Doris (Art) Gorga, brothers: Wilford “Jerry” Chartier and Norman Chartier, Grandson, Michael (Christie) Acri; great grandchildren, Brooke, Jacob and Abigail Acri Funeral Mass Saturday at 10:30 am at Saint Francis Of Assisi Church, Saxer Ave. and Rolling Rd, Springfield, PA. Visitation Saturday from 9:30 – 10:15 AM at Saint Francis Of Assisi Church Interment Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
