The Holle family would like to thank the caring individuals who were instrumental in enabling Jeanne to remain in her home throughout her declining health. Caseworker Michelle Lemchuk, Midwest Care Management Systems, went above and beyond to provide Jeanne with friendship and to coordinate cultural outings. In-home caregivers, Brenda, Lawnya, and Marie Claire, were with Jeanne around the clock taking care of her health and well-being while also being warm companions and taking Jeanne out for daily walks around her neighborhood.
Jeanne was lucky to live in a building with kind and generous neighbors who offered community and a helping hand whenever possible. A special thanks to condo president Ira Pilchin. We invite people who knew Jeanne to share pictures and memories in her Facebook Group: www.
