Jeffrey was a tree trimmer for Southern Tree and Nelson Tree Service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harve and Beatrice, nee Piper, Cantrell; and his two sisters, Janice Cantrell and Theresa Cantrell.

Jeffrey is survived by his son, Jeffrey Alan Curtis Cantrell; and his siblings, Debbie (Dennis) Pea, Shirley Pinkston, Harvey Cantrell and Steve Cantrell. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2018 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL with Pastor Hal Santos officiating.
