Jeffrey L. Kellar, age 55, passed away November 17, 2018. He was born in Council Bluffs on March 8, 1963. Jeffrey graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School and was a welder with Watco Company.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Kellar and grandparents, Loren and Bernice Hogue, Albert and Harriett Kellar; uncle and aunt, Ron and Theon Vittitoe. Jeffrey is survived by his sons, Jeffrey Hytrek and Bobby Hytrek; mother and step-father, Barbara and Wilbert Burmeister;… Read More » brother and sister-in-law, Allen and Susan Kellar; uncle and aunt, Randy and Portia Hogue; grandchildren, Dominick Hytrek and Ariana Hytrek; special companion, Sassy. Visitation is 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday at the hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home.

Funeral service is 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Interment is in Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
