Jennie was preceded in death by her husband: Loy Daniel Atteberry in 2016. She is survived by her oldest son & daughter in law: Russell & Theresa Atteberry of Edgewood, TX; middle son: Steve Atteberry of DeSoto, TX; her daughter & son in law: Melody & Chris Herring of GLenn Heights, TX; four grandchildren: James Atteberry, Elizabeth Harmon, Cheyenne Clay and Heather Clay; seven great grandchildren; brother: Charles Murphy of Kingston, TN and numerous nieces, nephews and her chihuahua: “Precious” & cat: “C.C.” The family will visit with friends from 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. on Saturday – January 26, 2019 at West/Hurtt Funeral Home.

A Service will then be held at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel with Bro. Gene Brooks, officiating. A committal service will be held on a later date in the Dallas/Ft.

Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, TX where she will be laid to rest with her husband. Date and time will be posted when secured.
