Jeremiah is survived by his children, Amy and Mitchell Harvey; parents, Richard and Gail Witmer; brother, Jason Harvey; sister, Christine Broaded; the Albirty and Broaded families and many close friends. The family request that donations be made to assist them in a funeral service for Jeremiah.
