Jeremy Michael Brown August 3, 1975 to March 14, 2019. We lost Jeremy after nearly a year of valiant battle with pancreatic cancer. He is survived by his father, Michael A. Brown (Jean) of Euclid, OH, and mother, Rev.

Janis M. Brown of Tucson AZ, sisters Michele A. Walker of Phoenix, AZ, Nicole Logan-Short (Courtney) of Raleigh, NC, Nikkia Jackson (Frederick ) of Gladstone, MO, brother Ocie Logan of Columbus, OH; children Jada Holmes and grand-daughter Natalie of Columbus, OH, Kaitlynn, Jacob, and Cayden (Cleveland, Ohio), and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jeremy was predeceased by his maternal grand-parents, Jacqueline and J. Robert Morrison and paternal grand-parents, Margaret and Calvin Dawson. Jeremy was raised and attended schools in Ashtabula, Ohio.

Because of his interest in sports, Jeremy pursued broadcast journalism and graduated from the Ohio Broadcasting School. Jeremy lived the last years of his life with his children in Columbus, OH where he was employed as a Finish Supervisor with Newbury Builders, LLC. Jeremy had an infectious smile and sense of humor.

He liked to laugh and make others laugh; so it’s no surprise that he was an aspiring comedian. He enjoyed sports, especially basketball and football, movies and chess. Jeremy had a passion for life, his faith, and he strove to “keep it real” with friends and strangers alike.

He could be abrasive and demanding but he had a soft and generous heart. He was devoted to his children who were the lights of his life. He affectionately referred to them as “my babies” and “the goof troupe”.

Jeremy’s family extends their heartfelt thanks to his friends, co-workers, and faith community for their love and support; and Hospice of Central Ohio for their concern and care in his final days. A Celebration of Life for Jeremy will be held Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., Gender Road Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), 5336 Gender Road, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110. Family and friends are invited to visit with the Brown family during the 10:00 a.m. gathering hour prior to the service of worship.

For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, the Brown family would appreciate donations in memory of Jeremy to Hospice of Central Ohio (hospiceofcentralohio.org/donate/ ) or the National Pancreatic Foundation (www. npcf. us/donate-volunteer/ways-to-donate/donate/) or the Brown Family in care of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), 740 E.
