Tigges December 12, 1925 – January 17, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Jerome J. “Romey” Tigges, 93, of Dubuque, was called home to be with his wife, parents, and infant son on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Luther Manor, surrounded by his family. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, January 20, at Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home and Cremation Service 3860 Asbury Rd. , Dubuque, where there will be a prayer service at 5:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, January 21, at Church of the Resurrection, 4300 Asbury Rd.

Rev. Phil Gibbs will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Military honors will be accorded .
