Jerrold D. “Jerry” Kovolyan, 63 of Streetsboro passed away Thursday October 4, 2018 at his home. He was born in Bedford, Ohio on December 17, 1954 to Joseph and Mary (Kuyon) Kovolyan. Jerry has been a lifelong Streetsboro resident and was a self employed farmer.

He was an avid hunter and a huge Ohio State Fan. Survivors include his children Kerry Joseph, Jay Kovolyan, his grandson Michael Joseph, his mother Mary Kovolyan, his brothers Joseph (Pat) Kovolyan , John (Jody) Kovolyan, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Joseph Kovolyan, his son in law Mike Joseph, and brother James Kovolyan.

Calling hours will be Wednesday October 10, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel, where funeral services will be 11:00 AM on Thursday October 11, 2018 with Father Chris Luoni officiating. Private family burial will follow. In lieu of formal attire, the family requests everyone to wear Ohio State apparel for the calling hours and funeral services.
