Jerry A. Richardson 64, of North Ridgeville, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on April 12, 2018. He was born January 26, 1954 in Elyria He had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1976. Jerry was a 1972 graduate of Elyria High School where he was a member of the varsity football team.

He was a retired produce manager, supervisor and buyer and he worked for Rini-Rego, IGA and Reserve Square. Jerry was a member of Cross Community Church in Elyria where he taught Sunday school. He was also involved in the nursing home ministry at The Abbewood in Elyria.

He enjoyed going to farmer’s markets to look at the produce. Jerry also enjoyed golfing, fishing and traveling. He especially enjoyed trips to California to visit his daughter.

He is survived by; his wife of 45 years, Linda (nee Boardwine); his daughter, Megan Richardson of Santa Monica, CA; his son, Jason Richardson (Andrea) of Grafton; three grandchildren, Alexis, Brooke and Carter; his brother, Bill Richardson of Elyria; and by his sister, Myrna Richardson of Lorain. He was preceded in death by; his parents, William and Helen (nee Linko) Richardson; and by a brother, Dale “Jingle” Richardson. The family will receive friends on Tuesday April 17, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Rd.

, (at Stoney Ridge Rd. ), North Ridgeville. The funeral service will be Wednesday at 10am at the funeral home.

Pastor Randy McKinney from Cross Community Church, will officiate. Burial will be at Ridgeville Cemetery in North Ridgeville.
