Obituary for Jerry Allen Chism Jerry Allen Chism, 60, of Scott City, Missouri died Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Saint Francis Medical Center. He was born October 24, 1957 in Beloit, Wisconsin to O. C. and Norma King Chism. He and Susan Fox were married June 11, 1977 at Four Square Church in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and later had been attending Victory Outreach in Cape Girardeau.

Jerry worked for Advanced Business Sytems for 32 years. Survivors include his wife, Susan Chism of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; one daughter, Jennifer (Brian) Edwards of Scott City, Missouri; one sister, Judy (Gerard) Scherer of Benton, Missouri; and one brother, Larry Chism of Cape Girardeau. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Gary Chism.

Funeral service was held on Friday, June 29, 2018 at Ford & Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau with Bro. Henry Miller officiating. Online condolences may be made at www.
