Jerry Antron Searles was born on January 12, 1975 to Jerry Hammond and the late Johnnie Belinda Searles of Dothan, Alabama. Jerry was baptized at The Potter’s House International Ministries, in Jacksonville, Florida. He knew that all behind him and all before him was small in comparison to what was within him.

His Christian belief and confession that Jesus Christ was his Lord and Savior, made him a Man of God. He was the Lord’s Perfect Choice on November 16, 2018. Jerry Antron Searles grew up in Dothan, Alabama.

He was educated in the Houston County School System. At the age of 16, he embraced his God-given gift in sales, and pursued a lifelong successful career, that lasted over twenty-seven years. He was a hard-working man.

He worked with million-dollar companies like Foot Locker and AutoNation. His loyalty, drive, and dedication in serving millions of people, consistently contributed to companies’ revenue increases. He had a heart of true love and compassion.

When it came to the sales with Jerry, it was like “Thanks–Giving”. As a Man of God, Jerry used his God-given gift in sales as a platform to help mentor others whom he met in his career. He embraced the words of Martin Luther King Jr. that “the ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where stands at times of challenge and controversy”.

Jerry Antron Searles was a great provider for his family. He married Stephanie Tiller. To this union, two beautiful daughters were born, Kamiyah and Mia.

As a husband and a father, Jerry consistently demonstrated unconditional love and protection for his family. He was always there for his family with love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Jerry Antron Searles leaves to cherish his memory, Stephanie Searles and their two daughters, Kamiyah and Mia Searles of Jacksonville, FL; his brother, William Searles (Sabrina) of Dothan, AL; his daddy, Jerry Hammond, Atmore, AL; his granddaddy, Theodis Pickett (Geneva), Dothan AL; five aunts: Patricia Pickett Whiteside (Matthew), Newnan, GA; Alice Micintire, Daleville, AL; Betty Wilson (Harry), Maryland, VA; Shirley Bracy, Dothan, AL; and Janette Thomas, Dothan, AL.
