Jerry Fla-Dale Collier, 46, of San Angelo passed away Friday, March 1, 2019. He was born February 10, 1973 in Abilene. Jerry was a great football fan and especially loved the Dallas Cowboys.

He is survived by his Mother LeAnn Patterson and husband Orville of Trent; siblings Samuel Thompson, Stacy Cooper and Hazel Patterson; many members of the collier family and many friends. Jerry was preceded in death by his father Jerry Dale Collier. Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Trent Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Starbuck Funeral Home in Merkel. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Shannon Hospital in San Angelo in memory of Jerry.
