Jerry Glen Phillips, 61, of Brazoria passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Chi St. Luke’s Health – Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center in Houston, TX. He was born August 5, 1956 to Thomas and Georgia Boykin Phillips in Leesburg, Florida. He was a member of the Brazoria County Calvary and loved riding his motorcycle and hanging out with his friends.

He enjoyed barbecuing, shrimp and crawfish boils, spending time with his family, especially his grandkids and his dog, Dusty. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Tony Phillips. He is survived by his fiancée, Sandy Phillips of Brazoria; daughter, Marcia Davidson and husband Chris of Angleton; son, Billy Palmer, Brazoria; brothers, Gordon Phillips and wife Kathy of Brazoria, Greg Phillips and wife Yvette of Jones Creek; sister, Pam Thornton and husband Mark of Brazoria; sister-in-law, Janis Phillips of Brazoria; 9 grandchildren, a host of nephews, nieces, great nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Sunday, July22, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria with Roschelle Hicks, officiating. Family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until service time. Final arrangements entrusted to Dixon Funeral Home of Brazoria at (979) 798-9113.
