Jerry L. Ehler, age 75, Twelve Mile, passed away at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, February 11, 2019, in Memorial Hospital. Born August 22, 1943, in Logansport, he was the son of John and Goldie Porter Ehler. On January 1, 1967, he was married to Sandra Hitzemann, who survives.

Jerry retired from A. Raymond Tinnerman manufacturing in Logansport. He served in the United States Navy and was a member of St. James Lutheran Church. In addition to his wife, he is survived by son, David (Doreen) Ehler, Royal Center; brother, John (Pat) Ehler, Logansport; half-brothers, Don (Nancy) Hamilton, Lake Cicott, Ron (Bonnie) Ehler, Kewanna; grandchildren, Ember, Kera, Sarina, Thomas, Megan, Aaron, Ryand; several nieces and nephews.

A son, Jerry Ehler, half-sister, Shirley DeWitt, and step-mother, Ruth Klinck, preceded him in death. The Memorial Service will be a week from this Saturday, on Saturday, February 23, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at St. James Lutheran Church. Pastor K. C. Dehning will officiate.

Kroeger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
