Jerry “Mark” Waters, 61, of Powder Springs, GA passed away on May 9, 2019. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral in Powder Springs, GA. Mark graduated from Wheels High school.

Worked for United States Postal Service for 34 years. Mark is survived by his wife, Deborah Waters; father, Jerry Waters of Marietta, GA; sister, Robyn Waters of Marietta, GA; daughter, Tanya Sears of Alabama; son, Troy McNeal of Marietta, GA; son, Keith McNeal of Kathleen, GA; daughter, Jennifer Boyd of Douglasville, GA; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Mark is predeceased by his mother, Lib Waters.
