JerryGene “Diane” Peters, age 42 passed away unexpectedly January 27, 2019. She was born January 7, 1977 in Joplin, Missouri. She was predeceased by her parents Jerry and Dollie Peters as well as her grandparents Kenneth and Arlene Peters and Darlene Seid.

Diane leaves behind her children, John Paul Peters, Brittany Nicole Peters and Jarod Austin Sheko. She is survived by her sisters; Jennifer Anderson (Canada), Michelle Harmon (Texas), Reaka Peters (Missouri) and Stephanie Dodig (Florida) as well as her many nieces and nephews. Diane was a dedicated mother first and foremost.

She treasured her childrend and embraced every moment with them. She cared deeply for others and would give of hereself however she could. Diane was a definite animal lover and enjoyed playing with her dogs.

She loved to read, enjoyed a good cup of coffee and spending time with her friends and family. All whom loved her dearly will never forget her tenacity, sense of humor and her undying love and caring for them. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

The family has decided to forego the formality of any services. In lieu of flowers, the family would like you to give generously to LaFayette House of Joplin Missouri which serves victims of domestic abuse, substance abuse and ual assault . Online condolences may be expressed through Reflections Memorial Services.com The family will be having a private service.
