Jessica Czajkowski, age 20, of Carteret, passed away on Wednesday May 22, 2019, at the Bayshore Medical Center, Holmdel. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Funeral on Wednesday May 29, 2019, at 9:30 am, from the Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home 211 Westfield Ave. , Clark, thence to St. Bernard’s Church 368 Sumner Ave.

Plainfield, where a Mass of Catholic Burial will be offered at 11 am. Interment, St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation Tuesday from 4-9 pm.

Born in Bayonne, to Marek and Katarzyna, Ms. Czajkowski resided in Woodbridge and most recently Carteret. She was an avid soccer player and was always happy and always smiling. She is survived by her mother Katarzyna Gryczewski; stepfather Walter Gryczewski; her father Marek Czajkowski; 4 siblings Michael and Michelle Czajkowski, David Gryczewski and Kristian Szabelski.
