Obituary for Jesus Alvarez Jesus H. Alvarez, age 75 of Mesquite, TX, passed away April 25, 2018. He was born in Mexico on May 6, 1942, to Jesus and Guadelupe (Hernandez) Alvarez. Jesus is survived by wife, Nieves Alvarez of Mesquite, TX; daughters, Lucy Alvarez and Barbara Alvarez of Mesquite, and Patricia Ayala and husband Larry of Garland, TX; siblings, Jose Alvarez of McKinney, TX, Benito Alvarez of Plano, TX, Esperanza Alvarez and Maria Alvarez of Mexico; 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren & 2 great great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held 11:00am Saturday, April 28, 2018, at Sacred Heart Mausoleum Chapel. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Pallbearers will include George Granados, J.R. Ayala, Gabriel Ayala, Brian Aga, Juan Dimas, and Fabian Dimas. There will be a gathering of family and friends at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rowlett Location Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm. Upcoming Events Gathering 2018 APR 27.
