Obituary for Jimmie Ann Chester (Hall) Jimmie Ann Hall Chester, 80, of Dawsonville passed away Saturday October 6, 2018 following a period of declining health. Born April 21, 1938 to the late Will and Isabel Hall, she had been a resident of Dawson County for most of her life. A member of McKee’s Chapel United Methodist Church, she held various jobs throughout her life, most importantly raising her family.

A loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Chester and brothers, W.J. Hall and Wendell Hall. Surviving are her daughters and son in law, Peggy Christmas, Tricia and Donnie Crump, all of Dawsonville; grandson, Brian and Jennifer Connell of Covington; sister and brother in law, Gladiola and James Nickerson of Dawsonville; great-granddaughters, Kaylee and Emily Connell; a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be held Wednesday October 10, 2018 at 3 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel.

Rev. Sven Mossinger and Rev. Ronnie Sosebee will officiate.

Interment will follow in Dawsonville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the service hour at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed at www.
