Obituary for Mary Jo Styles Mary Jo Styles, 83, of Dawsonville passed away Friday October 5, 2018 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Born September 14, 1935 in Forsyth County, she lived in Dawson County since 1976 having moved from Atlanta. Mrs. Styles retired as a loan officer with C & S National Bank following 35 years of service.

She was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church and was preceded in death by her sisters, Libby Hamby and Sue Gravitt. Surviving are her husband of over 60 years, William A. “Bill” Styles, Dawsonville; son and daughter in law, Ken and Ann Styles, Lawrenceville; grandchildren, Michael Boyd, Hannah Styles, Robert Styles, Emily Styles; brother, Bobby Turner, Cumming; and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be held Tuesday October 9, 2018 at 1 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel.

Rev. Phil DeMore and Rev. C. R. Hill will officiate.

Interment services will be held Wednesday October 10, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Georgia National Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 4 until 8 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, 1751 Wesley Chapel Road, Dahlonega, GA 30533.
