Obituary for Allen Andrew “Andy” Daniel Allen Andrew “Andy” Daniel, a resident of Dawsonville, Georgia, went to be with his heavenly Father on December 5, 2018 surrounded by his family. Andrew was born on April 20, 1953 in Thomaston, Georgia. He was the fourth son of the late Louis Daniel and Ruby Nixon Daniel.

Mr. Daniel was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School in Upson County. He was an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America and became the co-owner of Superior Indoor Comfort in Alpharetta, GA. Andy is known for being a loving, hardworking and generous man.

He was a deacon of Union Primitive Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his parents, Ruby Nixon Daniel and Louis Cornelious Daniel; brothers, James Thomas “Tommy” Daniel, Cary Jerome Daniel; Benjamin Louis “Ben” Daniel; and his granddaughter, Taylor Ann Daniel. Surviving are his wife, Vickie Diane Daniel, Dawsonville; sons and daughters in law, Stephen Charles and Sara Daniel, Ball Ground, Louis Andrew and Jennifer Daniel, Cumming, Clifford Allen and Melanie Daniel, Canton, Joseph Matthew and Julia Daniel, Dawsonville, and Erin Starr, Cumming; 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday December 8, 2018 at 2 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel.

Pastor Marty Smith will officiate. Interment will follow in the Dawsonville Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 4 until 8 at the funeral home.
