Mr. Jimmy Lee McGee, 84, of Killen, passed away June 21, 2018. He served on active duty from 1953-1955, and retired from the 115th Signal Battalion, Alabama National Guard of Florence, Alabama as a Master Sargent with 30 years of Guard service. He also retired from Ford Motor Company.

He was very active with the Kiwanis and Lions Club as well as other service organizations in Lauderdale county. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 11 a.m. in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens with Rev. Dr. Andrew Keyse officiating.

He is survived by his sons, Rolf McGee and his wife, Linda, of Madison, AL; granddaughter, Anna Robin Burns; and great-grandson, Liam Burns both of Nebraska.
