Jimmy Ray Carmack – Age 61 of South Lebanon, Ohio. Born July 4, 1957 in Lebanon, Ohio, passed away July 29, 2018. Jimmy Ray Carmack, age 61, passed away peacefully in his home July 29, 2018.

Beloved son of Myrtle Carmack and the late Neil Carmack, cherished father of James Raymond Carmack, Jennifer Michelle Carmack, and Ally Nicole Carmack, dear grandfather of Emily Rae Carmack and Elizabeth James Carmack, and brother of Jerry Carmack and Cathy Carmack-Pittman. Jimmy worked at the Family Food Mart in South Lebanon for 15 years. He loved to fish and watch his Kentucky Wildcats.

Jimmy enjoyed being with his family and cherished his grandchildren. The family of Jimmy will be receiving friends for a visitation at First Baptist Church of South Lebanon (505 Mason Rd, South Lebanon, OH 45065) on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 from 12 Noon – 2:00 PM with a funeral service to follow beginning at 2:00 PM.
