Jo Garlough, 70, of Harrah, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, December 28, 2018, at Landmark of Midwest City, in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Jo Ann Garlough was born November 4, 1948, to Duwane and Dorothy (Miller) Garlough in Clinton, Iowa. She graduated from high school in DeWitt, Iowa, in 1966.

Jo was employed at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City for over 30 years. She retired in 2004. Jo enjoyed NASCAR, reading, crocheting, and jigsaw puzzles.

She is survived by her siblings, Barb (Tim) Joseph, Phoenix, Arizona, Carolyn Delinger, Tomah, Wisconsin, Jerry (Jill) Garlough, Salem, Oregon, Mary Garlough, DeWitt, Iowa, Steve (JoAnn) Garlough, Walcott, Iowa, and Cheryl (Steve) Ditty, Warrens, Wisconsin; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Dave and Marilyn Harder, Edmond, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jim. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
